Butler County Chief Deputy Coroner John C. Hanovick identified the driver as Cody Lee Huffman, 38, of Harmony, Pennsylvania.

Huffman was pronounced dead at the scene.

The passenger was identified as T.V. Garrett, 45, of Cranberry. Garrett was transported to Butler Memorial Hospital, where he later died from injuries sustained in the crash.

According to local reporting, autopsy findings determined that both men died from multiple traumatic injuries resulting from the collision.

Law enforcement officials continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the fatal crash.
